Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 ml soy milk (soy drink) of your choice, possibly more
- 100 ml water, approx.
- 5 dates
- 1 pinch of cinnamon powder
- 2 bananas
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Pit the dates and cut into small pieces. Peel the bananas and also cut them into small pieces. Puree all ingredients in a blender, adding a little water or soy milk if desired.
