Ice Cream – Marzipan and Banana Ice Cream

Ingredients
 

  • 400 ml Milk
  • 1 Banana
  • 50 g Marzipan raw mass
  • 15 Amarettini almond biscuits
  • 1 Vanilla sugar
  • 200 ml Whipped cream

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients together well in the blender except for the whipped cream (if you prefer the bananas in chunks, you can of course cut them into small pieces and stir them in later).
  • Briefly whip the whipped cream and fold in.
  • I filled the mass into 6 rosette molds and the rest into my pork mold. If I had only filled them in rosette molds, I would probably have filled 8-9, so I stated 8 for the number of people above ...
  • Place the molds in the freezer for several hours (preferably overnight). Remove from the molds about 15-30 minutes before serving and allow to thaw.
