Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 15 cl white rum (up to 18 cl depending on the size of the fruit)
  • 1 lime(s), the juice
  • 1 mango(s), ripe and peeled
  • 1 banana(s), ripe and peeled
  • 2 cups ice cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 6 minutes; Total time approx. 6 minutes

Blend rum, lime juice, mango, banana, and ice in a blender until thick. Pour into glasses and serve with a thick straw. Variation: Mango can be replaced with pineapple.
