Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 800 g banana(s), without peel
- 300 g marzipan with cane sugar, vegan
- 200 ml water
- 1 lemon(s) (organic)
- 1 tsp gelling powder (Konfitura gelling agent), vegan, or 1 tsp agar-agar

Roughly chop the bananas and marzipan, place them in a blender with the water and lemon juice, and blend until smooth. Transfer the puree to a saucepan, add the vegan gelling agent, and heat everything while stirring constantly. Let it simmer for about 3 minutes. If you prefer a sweeter texture, add about 100g of cane sugar before cooking. Pour the hot cream into clean jars.
