Banana marzipan cream

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 800 g banana(s), without peel
  • 300 g marzipan with cane sugar, vegan
  • 200 ml water
  • 1 lemon(s) (organic)
  • 1 tsp gelling powder (Konfitura gelling agent), vegan, or 1 tsp agar-agar

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 18 minutes

Roughly chop the bananas and marzipan, place them in a blender with the water and lemon juice, and blend until smooth. Transfer the puree to a saucepan, add the vegan gelling agent, and heat everything while stirring constantly. Let it simmer for about 3 minutes. If you prefer a sweeter texture, add about 100g of cane sugar before cooking. Pour the hot cream into clean jars.
