Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 bananas
- 250 ml milk, low-fat
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Peel the bananas and cut them into chunks. Place them in a tall container, add the milk, and drizzle with honey. Blend the whole thing with a food processor. When all the chunks are gone, add the lemon juice and mix thoroughly. It also tastes delicious frozen.
