Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g wheat flour, type 405
- 90 g spelt flour, type 812 or whole wheat flour
- 30 g walnuts, chopped
- 40 g chocolate (chocolate drops)
- 1 ½ tsp, leveled baking powder
- 1 tsp, leveled baking soda
- 120 sugar
- 50 g vegetable oil, tasteless
- 1 egg(s)
- 375 g banana(s), mashed
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
for approx. 20 pieces
Thoroughly mix the flour, spelt flour, nuts, and chocolate chips with 1 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder and 1 teaspoon of baking soda. In a second bowl, combine the sugar, egg, oil, and mashed bananas. Add the flour mixture and mix until smooth. Pour into paper or silicone baking cups or a muffin tin. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes.
