Banana Muffins

Ingredients
 

  • 2 piece Very ripe bananas
  • 5 tbsp Applesauce
  • 2 Eggs Eggs
  • 150 g Spelt flour
  • 1 tsp Baking soda or baking soda

Instructions
 

  • Remove the peel from the bananas and mash them on a plate. Mix the mashed bananas with the applesauce, add the flour, eggs and baking soda and mix together a batter.
  • Pour the batter into the muffin pan and bake for about 25 minutes at 180 degrees. Let it cool down and then enjoy, can also be enjoyed with jam for breakfast.
