Banana-oat porridge

Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 1 cup of water
  • 3 tbsp oat flakes
  • 150 ml milk (breast milk) or juice
  • 2 bananas

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 17 minutes

for babies

Bring the water and oatmeal to a boil and then let it swell for 2 minutes. Add the breast milk and warm it up. Peel and chop the bananas, then add them. Blend everything until it forms a nice puree (I use a blender). (Since it varies from baby to baby, I’ve estimated the portions.)
