Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 125 ml milk
- 300 g flour
- 4 eggs
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- 5 banana(s), ripe
- oil

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Separate the egg whites and yolks and place them in two bowls. Beat the egg whites with a mixer until frothy. Combine the egg yolks with the milk and flour until smooth and not too sticky. Slice the bananas (use very ripe ones only) crosswise and add them to the bowl. Add a pinch of sugar. Fold in the beaten egg whites. Heat a pan with oil and add the mixture, a little at a time, using a ladle. Stir frequently. Enjoy warm!
