Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 banana(s), ripe
- 2 m.-sized eggs
- ½ cup oatmeal
- some butter or oil
- possibly fruit, powdered sugar, Nutella etc.

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

First, mash the banana thoroughly with a fork until it forms a creamy mash. Add the two eggs and mix thoroughly. Now add the oats. You can use them as is or add oat flour. Briefly blend the oats in a blender. This will make the pancakes more fluffy. Fry the batter in a pan with butter or oil to make small pancakes. Then enjoy with fruit, powdered sugar, Nutella, or something similar.
