Ingredients
 

Banana quark yogurt

  • 2 Bananas (ripe)
  • 350 g Low fat quark
  • 200 g Homemade yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp Raw cane sugar
  • Chocolate Callebaut Callets to your taste

Instructions
 

  • Peel the bananas, break into pieces and place in a mixing bowl / food processor. Add the remaining ingredients, stir or leave. Then pour into one or more glasses and enjoy.
