Ingredients
Banana quark yogurt
- 2 Bananas (ripe)
- 350 g Low fat quark
- 200 g Homemade yogurt
- 1 tbsp Vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp Raw cane sugar
- Chocolate Callebaut Callets to your taste
Instructions
- Peel the bananas, break into pieces and place in a mixing bowl / food processor. Add the remaining ingredients, stir or leave. Then pour into one or more glasses and enjoy.
