Banana with ham and rice

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 6 bananas
  • 7 slice(s) ham, cooked
  • 1 ½ cups sour cream
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel the bananas and wrap each one in a slice of ham. Spread 1/3 of the sour cream on the bottom of a baking dish. Place the wrapped bananas on top (they can also be stacked on top of each other), cover with the remaining ham, and spread the remaining sour cream over the top. The ham should be completely covered with sour cream. Now bake in the oven for about 30 minutes at about 180°C with the lid on. The dish is ready when the sour cream around the edges of the dish is lightly browned. Serve with rice. The dish comes out of the oven with plenty of delicious sauce.
