Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 500 g raspberries (frozen)
  • 1 can peach(s) (pie peaches), sliced
  • 500 g whipped cream
  • 450 g sour cream
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • e.g. sugar, brown or cinnamon sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Total time approx. 4 hours 20 minutes

with peach, raspberries and a delicious cream

Whip the cream and sweeten with vanilla sugar. Place the raspberries in a bowl, drain the peaches, and place them over the raspberries. Carefully fold the sour cream into the whipped cream and pour the mixture over the fruit. Sprinkle thickly with brown sugar and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Cinnamon sugar could also be used instead of brown sugar.
