Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 egg yolk
- 50 g sugar
- ¼ liter cream or milk
- 1 pinch(s) of vanilla sugar

Mix the egg yolks with 1 tablespoon of sugar. Beat this mixture until creamy. While stirring, simply add the cream, the remaining sugar, and the vanilla sugar. Then transfer the mixture to an ice cream maker for about 30 minutes. This recipe can be adapted as desired. If you want chocolate ice cream, you can add 10 g of cocoa. You can also use grated hazelnuts or other nuts for delicious nut ice cream. Or you can add peach juice (or other juices), for example, to make peach ice cream. When using juices, be careful to use less cream (or milk).
