Basil – garlic – marinade

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 tbsp vinegar (wine vinegar)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 6 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 4 sprigs of basil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine vinegar, salt, pepper, and sugar in a bowl. Whisk in the oil vigorously. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Wash the basil and finely slice it. Add both to the marinade and stir to combine. Season to taste. It goes well with Mediterranean salads with tomatoes.
