Basil Pasta
The perfect basil pasta recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Tagliatelle
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 bunch Basil
- 200 g Creme fraiche Cheese
- 100 g Cream
- 300 ml Vegetable broth
- 1 piece Onion
- Salt
- Pepper
- Boil ribbon noodles in salted water.
- Dice the onion, wash off the basil. Heat the oil in the pan. Sauté the onion in it. Pour in the vegetable stock and simmer for two minutes.
- Add the creme fraîche and cream and bring to the boil while stirring. (slightly lower in calories: sour cream instead of creme fraîche :-))
- To give basil. Puree. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Mix the pasta with the sauce.
