Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 30 g mustard (Bautzner), medium hot
- 70 g sugar
- 7 g salt
- 1 pinch(s) black pepper
- 220 ml sunflower oil
- 180 ml vinegar (spirit)
- 100 ml chicken stock
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
for about 1/2 liter of dressing
Briefly beat all ingredients except the sunflower oil with a mixer. Finally, add the sunflower oil drop by drop.
