Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 ml buttermilk
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 sheet of gelatin
  • ½ lime(s), grated zest

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 10 minutes

Soak the gelatin in cold water. Heat the buttermilk with the honey and lime zest, then dissolve the soaked gelatin in the buttermilk. Pour into jars and refrigerate.
