Bavarian-style beef salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g beef, cooked cold
  • 1 class jar of mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • pepper
  • Fondor
  • 1 cup of cream
  • ½ bunch chives
  • 3 eggs, hard-boiled

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes

Also ideal as a party salad

Cut the chives into small rolls. Mix the mayonnaise, mustard, cream, and chives into a sauce, season with pepper and Fondor. Cut the beef into small pieces and toss with the sauce. Let stand for 2-3 hours. Chop the eggs and stir in before serving.
