summery, simple and vegetarian

Cut the French beans or runner beans into bite-sized pieces, removing the stem ends. Dice the tomatoes. Finely chop the onion and garlic. Blanch the beans in salted water or in a steamer for about 5 minutes until al dente. Sauté the onion and garlic in a pan. Add the blanched beans and diced tomatoes and simmer for about 7 minutes. Crumble the feta cheese into the pan and fold in. Let it simmer until everything melts together. Finally, add the finely chopped dill and season with salt and pepper. Serve with a fresh country baguette. A wonderfully light, simple summer dish. The dill gives the dish its distinctive flavor!
