Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g cream cheese
- 250 g sheep’s cheese
- ½ jar dried tomatoes in oil
- 3 tbsp mild ajvar
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- Salt
- parsley or herbs to taste

Mediterranean, with dried tomatoes and peppers
In a bowl, mash the feta cheese with a fork. Add the cream cheese and mix until creamy. In a food processor, chop the sun-dried tomatoes with a little oil from the jar and the garlic until well-preserved. Mix the tomato mixture with the ajvar and the feta cheese cream. Season with salt and sprinkle with chopped herbs, if desired. Tastes wonderful on farmhouse bread or baguette, either on its own or with grilled food.
