Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 jar beans, cooked green
  • 150 ml sweet cream
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp vinegar, preferably balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 onion(s), finely diced

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 5 minutes

Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix, let it sit for a while (about 3 hours), and you’re done.
