Beans and feta cheese gratin

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 onions
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 tsp vegetable oil
  • 240 g beef tartare
  • 2 tsp tomato paste
  • 200 ml vegetable stock
  • 300 g white beans (canned)
  • 600 g green beans (frozen)
  • 400 g tomatoes
  • 100 g sheep’s cheese
  • Salt
  • chili powder
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Finely chop the onions and crush the garlic. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions and garlic. Add the tartar, fry briefly, and season with salt, paprika, and chili. Stir in the tomato paste, toast briefly, and then deglaze with the stock. Stir in the beans and simmer for about 5 minutes. Finely dice the tomatoes, fold in, and season to taste with salt and chili. Crumble the feta cheese. Place the vegetables in a baking dish and sprinkle with the feta cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 25 minutes.
