Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • ½ cup(s) Lentils, red
  • ½ cup(s) bulgur, fine
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 6 jars of water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp paprika powder, hot
  • ½ tsp mint, dry
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Sauté the finely chopped onion in the oil, then add the sorted and washed bulgur and lentils, tomato paste, salt, and water. Cook until the lentils and bulgur are tender. Remove from the heat and add the paprika and mint.
