Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 6 beef fillets, approx. 200 g each
- 6 sprigs rosemary
- 8 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp black peppercorns
- 2 tbsp peppercorns, green
- 2 tbsp peppercorns, white
- 1 tbsp sea salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Grilled meat
Coarsely grind the peppercorns or crush them with a mortar and pestle. Mix the peppercorns with the sea salt and olive oil and set aside. Rinse the beef medallions, pat dry, and rub with the pepper mixture. Place a rosemary sprig on each medallion and tie it with kitchen string. Place the medallions on the hot grill and grill for 5-10 minutes on all sides, depending on your taste.
