Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 slice(s) beef (steaks from the rump)
- 1 slice(s) Gorgonzola
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
topped with Gorgonzola
Fry the steaks for 2-4 minutes on each side, depending on the thickness of the slices. Preheat the oven to 100°C (212°F). Cut the Gorgonzola into small cubes. Place the steaks on an ovenproof plate, top with the Gorgonzola, and place the plate in the oven for 10-15 minutes. Serve with bean rolls and French fries.
