Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 300 g beef, cooked
  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • 1 can corn kernels, approx. 150 g
  • 2 gherkins
  • 2 small onions
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 30 minutes

Dice the meat. Slice the bell peppers, dice the gherkins, and peel and chop the onions. Combine everything in a bowl with the drained corn kernels. For the marinade, combine the oil, vinegar, and tomato ketchup and season with cayenne pepper and salt. Pour the marinade over the salad and fold it in. Let the salad marinate for about 2 hours, then season again before serving.
