Cold Fitness Soup
The perfect cold fitness soup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 0,5 liter Buttermilk
- 1 Kohlrabi
- 1 Cucumber
- 1 Tomato
- 1 Orange peppers
- 1 Apple Elstar
- 1 shell Cress (garden cress)
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 1 teaspoon Horseradish
- 1 Orange
- 2 teaspoon Cane sugar
- Salt
- Pepper from the grinder
- 3 tablespoon Yogurt
- Wash the kohlrabi, apple and cucumber, peel and dice. Wash the peppers, remove the seeds, cut into small pieces. Wash and quarter the tomato.
- Put all the ingredients in the food processor. Also add the buttermilk, the juice of an orange, the garlic, horseradish, the cress and the sugar. Mix everything together. There may still be bits left. Season the soup with salt and pepper.
- Fill the soup into glasses and add a tablespoon of yoghurt to each of the soup.
