Beer Sausage Salad

The perfect beer sausage salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 400 g Sliced ​​beer sausage
  • 1 bunch Spring onions
  • 1 bunch Chives
  • 4 piece Gherkins
  • Marinade
  • 1 tablespoon Mustard medium hot
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar or honey
  • 3 tablespoon Cucumber water
  • 9 tablespoon Livio salad oil
  • Salt and pepper
  1. 1st marinade: Mix mustard, (sugar or honey) and cucumber water. Season well with salt and pepper. When the desired taste is achieved, add the oil and stir vigorously again.
  2. Cut the beer sausage, spring onions and pickles into small pieces and place in the salad bowl with the marinade. Mix the salad and put it covered in the fridge to steep. The longer the better it gets.
  3. Before serving, pour chives rolls over the salad. Of course I forgot. see image.
