The perfect preserving mirabelle plums and apricots in different way. recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Also called canning sugar!
- 2 Pc. Cinnamon stick
- 1 liter Water
- 200 g Sugar coarse
- 1 Pc. Vanilla pod
- 1 fruit Orange peel
- 250 g Apricots
Sugar solution:
- Bring the water with the coarse sugar to the boil, allow to cool.
- Wash the fruit and remove the stones from the jars.
Apricots, apricots:
- 3rd per glass 1/3 cinnamon stick + 2 strips of orange peel without the white. + 2.5 cm vanilla stick cut open. Fill the glasses with the sugar solution (must be above the fruit).
Mirabelle plums:
