Dessert: Raspberry Lasagna
The perfect dessert: raspberry lasagna recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
I only got it with chocolate!
- 1 packet Shortbread
- 1 packet Ladyfingers
- 125 g Fresh raspberries
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- 0,5 packet Reduced fat mascarpone
- 1 Pc. Natural yoghurt
- 2 cl Calvados
- 2 Place the shortbread on a square plate, fold over with ladyfingers.
- Puree the 2nd half of the raspberries with 1 tablespoon of sugar and calvados, put a little on the first layer.
- Mascarpone and yogurt + 1 tablespoon. Mix the sugar. If you like, admits vanilla mark. Spread 1.5 tablespoons over the raspberries.
- Again in the middle shortbread, raspberry puree + cream.
- Now place the ladyfingers horizontally + cream.
- Cover with the rest of the raspberries. Find the rest of the puree, put dots on the cream, pull through with a stick. Let rest.
