Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 200 g cherry tomatoes
- 300 g minced meat, mixed
- 300g penne
- 70 g tomato paste
- some olive oil
- ½ onion(s)
- some thyme
- some oregano
- some rosemary
- some salt
- some cayenne pepper
- some basil
- possibly garlic clove(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cook the pasta al dente. Meanwhile, fry the ground beef and reserve it in a bowl. Chop half of the onion into small pieces. Halve the cherry tomatoes. Add the onions to a pan with a little olive oil and fry until crispy. Add the tomatoes. If desired, add a little garlic. Add the almost-cooked pasta and the previously cooked ground beef and mix everything well. Stir in the tomato paste. Add the seasonings to taste. A few minutes later, the dish is ready to serve.
