Jam made from apples, raspberries and blackberries

Place the prepared fruit, gelling sugar, and citric acid in a sufficiently large saucepan and heat. Once the fruit is boiling, remove the pan from the heat and puree with a hand blender. Then return the pan to the heat and let the mixture simmer for three minutes, stirring continuously. Caution: Danger of splashing! Test the setting time by immediately pouring the mixture into hot, rinsed jars, cover with a lid, and turn upside down for five minutes. Then turn it upside down and let it cool. Store the jam in a cool, dark, and dry place.
