Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g berries, mixed, frozen
- 1 banana(s), ripe
- 200 ml almond milk (almond drink) or milk
- 2 tbsp millet flour or oat flakes
- 2 tsp maple syrup as desired
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp berries

- 1 tsp desiccated coconut

For the bowl, blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and garnish with fresh berries, chia seeds, etc., if desired, and serve immediately. You can use anything you like for a smoothie bowl. You can vary the fruits you use and even mix it with some vegetables like spinach. I like to make my bowl for breakfast with frozen berries and then add a banana, almond milk, some wholegrain flour, and chia seeds. The finished bowl is super refreshing, making it the ideal summer breakfast.
