Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 5 cup(s) rolled oats, wholegrain
- 5 cup(s) soft rolled oats
- 1 cup sesame seeds
- 3 cup(s) flaxseed
- 3 cups desiccated coconut
- 3 cup(s) almonds, chopped
- 3 cup(s) hazelnuts, chopped
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 cup oil
- 2 cups honey
- 2 cup(s) amaranth, to taste
- 3 cup(s) raisins, optional
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes
First: Use a coffee cup with a capacity of approximately 200-250 ml as a measuring cup. Mix all other ingredients except the raisins thoroughly and spread in a roasting pan. Roast in a preheated oven at 150°C (top/bottom heat) for approximately 1 hour, stirring frequently. After 50 minutes, add 3 cups of raisins if necessary.
