Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g berries, mixed, frozen
- 500 ml pomegranate juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Thaw the berries and blend them with the thawing liquid. Top with pomegranate juice and divide between 4 glasses. The smoothie will keep in the refrigerator for about 2 days. In summer, it’s great with fresh berries.
