Fresh, pure enjoyment!

For the yeast dough, combine the flour, sugar, dried yeast, margarine, milk, and eggs in a large bowl until a dough forms. Once the dough is nice and firm, let it rise in a warm place (I always put it in the oven at 50°C) for about 45 minutes. Meanwhile, wash the plums and halve them. Grease a baking tray or line it with baking paper. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to the size of a baking tray and place it on the tray. Press the prepared plums into the dough next to each other. For the crumble, knead the ingredients together and spread them on the cake. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (fan oven) on the middle rack for about 35 minutes.
