Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 pack of ready-made mix (batter baking mix)
- 1 small can of pineapple
- 200 g sugar
- 3 bananas (or peaches from the can)
- Pudding powder, vanilla for 1/2 l milk
- 500 g cream
- Nuts (pecans), chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Prepare the cake mix according to the instructions and bake in a square pan (at least 23 x 33 centimeters, in a drip pan). Let it cool in the pan. Chop the pineapple chunks (with juice!) into small pieces in a blender, cook with the sugar until the mixture slightly sets (test on a plate!), then spread it on the base. Top with banana slices or peach segments. Prepare the vanilla pudding, let it cool slightly, and spread it on the pineapple. Finally, spread lightly sweetened, stiffly whipped cream on top and sprinkle with chopped pecans. Chill for a while, then cut into squares. Tip: It doesn’t have to be a ready-made cake mix, of course. You can easily use your own favorite recipe.
