Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g quark 40%
  • 250 g layered cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 1 tsp, heaped Allspiceón de la Vera, mild
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • 1 dashes fish sauce
  • e.g. salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel the onion and garlic and finely grate. Wash the chives and finely chop them. Mix all ingredients together except the chives. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in the chives before serving. Tip: Serve with fresh farmhouse bread or boiled potatoes.
