Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 3 tbsp heaped breadcrumbs
- 1 m.-sized onion(s)
- 3 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp all-spice
- 1 tsp, heaped salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- ½ tsp cumin
- 1 tsp sweet paprika powder
- 1 egg(s)
- 2 tbsp milk
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Place the minced meat in a bowl. Chop the onion into very small pieces and add the other ingredients. Knead thoroughly. Take about 60-80 grams from the bowl and roll them into small balls in your hand. Then roll them into long sausages. Briefly grill the bifteki over direct heat for about 1 minute on each side to create a crispy exterior. Then grill over indirect heat for about 6 minutes on each side.
