Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 120 ml mayonnaise
  • 3 gherkins, diced

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 5 minutes

tastes good with burgers or as a barbecue sauce

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl until smooth. Then refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the spices to fully develop their flavor. Delicious as a burger or barbecue sauce.
