Put the flour in a bowl, add 0.5 tsp of olive oil, dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water, and mix with a pinch of sugar. Mix the dough with a dough hook, add a little salt, and let it rise for about 30 minutes. In the meantime, peel the onion, slice it into rings, and fry it in 0.5 tsp of oil. Let it cool. Roll out the dough thinly with a rolling pin. Heat the remaining oil in a large pan, add the dough, and turn it over after 5 minutes. Spread with passata and arrange the diced turkey breast on the pizza, then top with the onions and mushrooms. Finally, sprinkle with the herbs and spices and then top with the grated cheese. Cover the pan and wait until the cheese has melted.
