Bircher muesli with cream

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 lemon(s), juice
  • 2 apples, finely grated
  • 2 oranges, peeled and cut into pieces
  • Mixed fruits (berries, bananas, etc.)
  • 250 ml cream
  • 5 tbsp oat flakes
  • 5 tbsp hazelnuts or almonds, ground
  • 5 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp almonds, slivered
  • possibly milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Pour lemon juice into a bowl, grate the apples directly into the lemon juice, and mix. Add the fruit and mix, then add the remaining ingredients and mix. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes. If it’s too dry, add more milk until the desired consistency is reached.
