Bircher muesli with wild berries

Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 200 g oat flakes
  • 50 g sugar
  • 200 ml milk
  • 100 g natural yogurt
  • 250 g apples, unpeeled
  • 250 g berries, mixed wild berries (frozen)
  • 1 cl lemon juice, freshly squeezed

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 8 hours; Total time approx. 8 hours 15 minutes

Combine the oats with the sugar, add the milk and yogurt, and mix well. Grate the apples with a Bircher grater and mix again. Now add the frozen wild berries and mix thoroughly. Refrigerate, preferably overnight. When serving, garnish with fresh fruit and, of course, serve with whipped cream.
