Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 140 g beans, black, cooked from the can
- 1 m.-sized banana(s)
- 15 g almonds or nuts of your choice
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- 50 ml almond milk (almond drink), alternatively soy, oat or coconut milk
- 50 g almond butter
- 40 g maple syrup
- 1 pinch of salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
vegan dessert without sugar
The preparation is really simple. Blend all ingredients in a blender until creamy. Then pour the puree into glasses and serve with fruits (berries) of your choice and mint. Tip: If you like this type of dessert, you can buy the ingredients in advance and prepare the chocolate mousse any time in just a few minutes. As always, you can vary the ingredients.
