Black bean chocolate mousse

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 140 g beans, black, cooked from the can
  • 1 m.-sized banana(s)
  • 15 g almonds or nuts of your choice
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • 50 ml almond milk (almond drink), alternatively soy, oat or coconut milk
  • 50 g almond butter
  • 40 g maple syrup
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

vegan dessert without sugar

The preparation is really simple. Blend all ingredients in a blender until creamy. Then pour the puree into glasses and serve with fruits (berries) of your choice and mint. Tip: If you like this type of dessert, you can buy the ingredients in advance and prepare the chocolate mousse any time in just a few minutes. As always, you can vary the ingredients.
