quick, easy and delicious

Mix the oil, sugar, eggs, 1 sachet each of chocolate and vanilla pudding powder, and the baking powder for a good 10 minutes. Line a 26 cm springform pan with baking paper and bake the mixture in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for 25 minutes. Bring the sour cherries to a boil with their juice and 1 sachet of vanilla pudding powder, then spread them on the still-warm base. If you like, you can also add a little alcohol to the cherry mixture. Let everything cool completely in the pan, then spread the whipped cream on top and sprinkle with grated chocolate.
