Spread the love

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 400 g blueberries (blackberries)
  • 1 lemon(s), juice
  • 250 ml cream
  • 250 g natural yogurt
  • 200 ml milk
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 tsp honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

very simple and aromatically delicious

Puree the blackberries with the juice of the squeezed lemon until no pieces remain. It is best to use blackberries picked yourself from the forest rather than store-bought, as store-bought blueberries have a much less flavorful taste. Then mix the mixture with the honey, whipped cream, and natural yogurt. Gradually add the sugar. You will need more or less sugar depending on the sweetness of the blackberries. It is important to note that the mixture should taste sweet, but not too sweet, as the sweetness of the sugar is perceived as less intense by the taste buds in the finished ice cream. In the last step, add the milk until it reaches a thick consistency. Now put the mixture in the ice cream maker for 45 minutes. It should have a capacity of more than 1.5 liters, as ours is already very large in terms of quantity.
