Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 ml tea (mint or to taste)
- 4 tbsp agave syrup
- 1 handful of blackberries
- 1 organic lemon(s)
- 1 liter of carbonated mineral water, cold
- some ice cubes
Instructions
Working time approx. 4 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 12 minutes

Boil 500 ml of water and prepare the tea. Sweeten with agave syrup and let it steep for about 8 minutes. Remove the tea bags and let it cool. Slice the lemon. Place the blackberries, lemon slices, and cooled mint tea into a carafe and top with cold mineral water. Serve with ice cubes.
