Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g blackberries
- 100 ml water
- 100 g sugar
- 5 sprigs of mint
- n. B. ice cubes
- 6 cl syrup (blackberry mint syrup)
- 3 cl whiskey (bourbon whiskey)
- 1 sprig(s) mint
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
First, prepare the syrup. Simply place the blackberries, water, sugar, and mint in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Then simmer for about five minutes and then let cool. Now, add ice to a shaker, fill with the blackberry-mint syrup, and add the bourbon whiskey. Now, add crushed ice to a highball glass and strain everything into it. Stir with a bar spoon. Add more crushed ice, fill the glass to the brim, and stir. Garnish with a mint sprig. Have fun trying this! Alex from TrinkBar
