Pomegranate Strawberry Mojito

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 lime(s)
  • n. B. Cane sugar, brown
  • 2 sprigs of mint
  • 5 strawberries
  • n. B. ice cubes
  • 6 cl pomegranate juice, 100% direct juice
  • 6 cl white rum
  • 1 sprig(s) mint

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

First, roll the lime on the board and then cut it into eighths. Then, place two lime segments in the highball glass and add the cane sugar. Remove the leaves from the two mint sprigs and add them to the glass as well. Add two more lime eighths and mash everything thoroughly to release the juice. Dice four strawberries and place them in the highball glass, slice one strawberry and set it aside. Mash the strawberries in the glass as well. Add ice, the rum, and the pomegranate juice, and stir everything together. Finally, garnish the drink with the strawberry slices and another mint sprig.
