Jelly with vodka

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 pack of pudding powder (Woodruff jelly), no cooking
  • ½ part water
  • ½ part vodka

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Prepare the jelly according to the instructions. Use only half the specified amount of water and the other half vodka. Do not boil, as this will evaporate the alcohol. Pour the jelly into small shot glasses and chill. To serve, use toothpicks to loosen the pudding from the rim of the glasses, then simply slurp it down.
